- Where is your business based?
We are based in Perth, Western Australia with a collection point in Maylands.
- Where do you ship from?
We ship from two locations being Maylands and also Perth CBD.
- Where do you ship too?
We ship throughout Australia and worldwide.
- How long have you been in business for?
We originally started in 2014 from a room in our house, we have since grown to have a moved the business into a small studio workshop in Perth.
- Are your products handmade?
Yes, the majority of our products are handmade. We do offer some products in our accessories category that aren’t, these include the dummy chains, pacifiers and books which we buy in from other suppliers.
- Do you accept Afterpay?
Yes, we accept Afterpay as well as PayPal and credit card transactions through the PayPal system. If you are paying in person we do have a payment machine we can accept payments through although unfortunately, this machine won’t accept Afterpay.
- Are there any hidden or extra charges?
Our freight charges are the only thing we charge extra for, we choose to send all our products via tracking to give you the peace of mind that your products are on the way.
- Is it possible to change my order?
Yes, as long as the order hasn’t been dispatched and even then let’s try to work something out!
- How long will it take to get my order?
Being in Perth we are isolated from most of Australia. We aim to dispatch the goods within 3 business days which will mean getting to anywhere in Australia within 2 weeks. For more detailed information about shipping options please read our shipping policy.
- My order hasn’t arrived, what next?
Please contact us and we will track it on your behalf.
- Do you have a refund or returns policy?
Yes, we do! Should you wish to return an item please contact us and read our refunds and returns policy.
- What is the best way to contact you?
As I spend most of my day at the sewing machine and evenings doing emails. For all customer service related queries please contact us via email.
- How often do you change prints or add products?
One of my passions is to shop for fabrics and I am constantly buying new prints. However, only the best of the best are made into a finished product and added to the website approximately every second month. As we come across other products that we love we will add them into our babies accessories page.
- What materials are your products made from?
Each of our products is made from different materials, please see the description on each product page for a materials breakdown.
- What age range do your products suit?
Each product will suit a different age range. Please refer to the individual product page for the specific product age range.
