Perth Bibs

We are the Perth bibs specialist that handmakes a range of stylish and practical bibs for your babies feeding and drooling journey.

For over ten years we have been making organic and eco-friendly bibs in Perth, Western Australia and have a physical store at 17 Wickham Street, East Perth.

How I got started

I started making bibs from home in 2014 after the birth of my daughter. I found it difficult to find organic and absorbent bibs. So with my textiles and fashion designer background, I started making them myself.

My friends encouraged me to try selling them at Markets around Perth. The first-ever market was at a little hall in South Perth and I was blown away by the support and feedback. From here I started attending the Perth Upmarket at UWA and have had booths at the PBC Expo in Claremont.

Here I met some other small business owners who were interested in wholesaling our bibs. Since then I have had our bibs stocked by many online and retail stores throughout Perth and Australia.

The next logical step was to open my own baby shop. Which I did in September 2021. This is in East Perth and we can’t wait to get involved in the local community. Besides being locally focused we are proud to be an Australian company and are a licensee of the Australian Made Campaign.

Types of Bibs

I started with three different styles and to this day still offer the same ones. These are;

• Baby Bibs – The smallest of our range is the newborn bib style. These have two adjustable fasteners so your suits a growing baby. The full range can be found in our East Perth baby store.
• Bandana Bibs – These dribble bibs are designed for a growing and teething baby. The pleats on the front capture any excess dribble and keep your baby dry.
• Large Bibs – Our larger style bibs are designed for toddlers and bigger babies. They have a larger coverage and are ideal for toddlers.

Materials

I source some of my prints from the various fabrics shops around Perth and we always use 100% cotton on the front. While the back is made from a cotton and bamboo mix. For the fastening system we use the KAM plastic snaps on all our bibs.

Age Range

The three styles cover the babies feeding and teething journey. The newborn bib is from birth to 1 year, while the dribble bib and large bibs are from 3 months to 2 years.

Safety

Babies should always be supervised by an adult when wearing bibs and should never wear them while sleeping. To learn more read our bib safety article.

Shipping Information

All our bibs are sent from our East Perth studio using the Australia Post network. We ship Australia Wide and dispatch within 3 business days for delivery within 7 business days of being sent. We also offer express service for time critical deliveries or alternatively you can shop in store.
