- How do I place an order?
Simply add the items you wish to order and checkout page.
- Can I modify or cancel my order after purchase?
Yes you may, please email us with your requirement and we will modify or cancel as required.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a number of payment options including PayPal, google pay, apple pay, debit card and credit card payments.
- Is the checkout secure?
Yes it is, we use HTTPS encryption and have a valid security certificate.
- Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in Australia and all orders are dispatched from our East Perth store.
- How do you ship orders?
The majority of the time we send orders via Australia Post parcel network. on some occasions we will hand deliver your order.
- Do you deliver to Hospitals?
Although not our preferred option, we can deliver to hospitals that are located in the Perth metropolitan area. If delivering to a hospital we request you choose the express shipping method as this is a time critical delivery.
- How long does delivery take?
Depending on the delivery location. Orders can be delivered anywhere between 1 and 7 days.
- Do you offer same day delivery?
No, unfortunately we can’t deliver same day, however if you are in Perth you can pick up the same day as ordering. Please contact us to ensure we have time to process and make the items in time for you to collect.
- Do you ship internationally?
We no longer ship internationally due to ongoing customs, quarantine, and tariff changes throughout the world.
- How much does shipping cost?
All orders over $100 are free anywhere in Australia. Orders under $100 incur a $10.95 shipping charge. We also offer an express shipping option which is $16.45
- How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped we will send you a personalised email complete with tracking number.
- What if my order arrives damaged?
Please reach out to us and we will rectify the situation to your satisfaction.

Yes we offer in store shopping and collection of online and phone orders.

Sometimes products will go out of stock depending on the availability of raw materials or finished products. We recommend emailing us to get a accurate return date for all out of stock products.
