We received a lovely gift hamper for our little girl from My Little Love Heart. The gifts were so carefully packed and beautifully presented. Our girl loved the snuggle toy so much that we ordered a second one, and Luisa was so helpful in arranging it. We will definitely be ordering from them in the future for when friends and family have kids.

I have nothing but excellent comments and I haven't even received the item.
Louisa followed up with me as I had the incorrect house number and rectified the delivery address.
I was then given tracking information and is very quickly on board for delivery.
When my daughter receives her gift I'm sure to follow up with her remarks. I live overseas so am excited to hear her response.

I received a personal email from My Little Love before the delivery even arrived, which I thought was such a lovely touch. I ordered the auntie and uncle gifts, and they were so appreciated! The delivery was super fast and efficient, and the gifts themselves were perfect keepsakes to celebrate something so personal and special. Thank you so much! x

Absolutely amazing service from My Little Love Heart! I ordered a parcel to be sent to my cousin and his wife who have just welcomed a new baby, and I was so impressed with how quickly it arrived. Even better, my order was kindly upgraded to express post at no extra charge, which was such a lovely surprise and meant it got to them even sooner. 🥹

The whole experience was wonderful, the products are gorgeous, and the customer service was absolutely beautiful. You can really tell how much care goes into everything she does. I’ll definitely be ordering from My Little Love Heart again! 💕

This is a local Perth based business I stumbled across while looking for something different to send our employees when a new bub arrives & thank goodness I did! Luisa provides the most amazing service everytime I place an order from beginning to end. Each parcel I have ordered has been delivered beautifully packed & product quality exceptional!
