As both a manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer we take our legal obligations seriously. We are also determined to make sure our customers have a fantastic purchasing and product experience. Whether it is one of our manufactured products or a brand we stock, we will go out of our way to ensure the customer is satisfied. This is for both the products and customer service.
Retailers in Australia have minimum requirements on how they sell products to their customers. Likewise, customers in Australia have consumer guarantees when they purchase products. These guaranteed apply whether they are purchased online, through brick and mortar stores or at markets.
Under Australian Consumer Law, if you feel the product that you have purchased from us does not meet the consumer guarantees you have the right to ask for a repair, replacement or refund.
