Shipping

We do our best to send products as soon as possible. As the majority of our items are hand made, we physically have to cut and sew the pieces. The turnaround time from start of making until the product is completed normally is within 5 business days.

If an item shows as “In Stock” it means that we have the fabric in stock and we are able to make the product. Items listed as out of stock means we don’t have the fabric to make the item. We are either waiting for it to arrive, be printed or is discontinued.

We offer a selection of ways you can receive our items, these are;

Standard Tracking

For our standard delivery we will send by Australia Post standard delivery and you will be provided with a tracking number. Estimate delivery to your door is between 5 to 15 days from the order placement date.

Express Postage

We offer an express post service where we engage Australia Post to transport the urgent items. We also treat express post with a priority in the making. Express post deliveries can take between 2 to 7 days from date of order to your door.

Collection

We do offer a collection for those in Perth, Western Australia. Please liaise with us first to make sure we have finished your order before collecting. Our collection address is; Unit 6, 18 Watson Place, Maylands, Western Australian

Over $70 free shipping

We offer free shipping for orders over $70. If your order exceeds this and you choose this option at checkout we will send your order by standard tracked shipping. See above for details.

International Shipping

We do supply world wide and try to supply these orders to you quickly. However, being in Perth, one of the most isolated cities in the world, deliveries do take a little time. This would generally be from 10 to 30 days from order placement to receiving at your door. We send our overseas orders via Australia Post overseas service.
